If you need tasks done using tools I’m not trained on, the cost of me getting up to speed on that tool is split. Effectively, I work at half price until I know what I need to know. This can include training by you or self-guided instruction.


Terms: Payment and Invoicing

My hourly rate is $40. All services are billed at an hourly rate in fifteen-minute increments. We can discuss ahead of time how many hours per week or month you anticipate needing my services.

I will bill on a weekly basis on whichever day of the week you prefer.

All invoices will be due within seven days. For each week an invoice is overdue, a $50 late payment will be added, and any previously scheduled work will be paused until the the invoice is paid.

Alternatively, I’m also happy to set up a monthly retainer for you. Just ask!


Confidentiality and Security:

Many of these tasks will require the author to provide me with login and password information for their various business accounts.
